01What counts as a motivated seller?
An owner whose situation often comes before a sale: they live elsewhere, owe little or nothing on the home, are behind on property taxes, or have a foreclosure filing against them. These are signals worth a letter or a call, not a promise that anyone will sell.
02How is the price of a list worked out?
Count the records that match your list and area, then multiply by 2¢. 2,000 absentee owners in one county comes to $40. Orders under 500 records are billed at the $10 minimum.
03Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no monthly plan and no balance to keep funded. You pay once for each list you order.
04Can one property be on more than one list?
Yes, and those are often the best leads. An absentee owner with no mortgage shows up on both the absentee and free and clear lists. Each row in your CSV carries every signal the property has, so you can sort by how many stack up.
05Will I get phone numbers?
Lists include the owner's name and mailing address, which is what direct mail needs. Phone numbers and emails come from skip tracing, which is available from Acquired Data, the platform behind this site.
06Can I look at a property before ordering a list?
Yes. Search any address at no cost to see its basic facts. Sign in with a free account to see the owner, equity, loans, taxes and which lists it belongs to.
07Is there anything I can't use these lists for?
Lead Recycle is not a consumer reporting agency. The lists may not be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including tenant screening, hiring, credit or insurance decisions. Marketing use is fine as long as your outreach follows the mail, phone and text rules that apply to you.
Be first in line when ordering opens.
Lead Recycle is still being built. Leave your email and we’ll send one note on opening day, then you can pull your first list for as little as $10.
