Lead Recycle Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendtubes LLC, doing business as Lead Recycle (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information on the Lead Recycle website and related services (the “Service”). Lead Recycle sells ready-made motivated-seller property lists as one-time downloads, with no subscription. Trendtubes LLC also operates Acquired Data.
It covers two groups of people: visitors and customers who use the Service, and property owners whose names and property details appear in the data we sell. The second group has its own section below.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist and account details: your email address and, if you provide them, your name and company.
- Orders: the lists you buy: list type, area, number of records, price paid, data edition and the file delivered to you.
- Payment details: entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We receive the card brand, last four digits and billing details Stripe returns, not your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, including support and privacy requests.
Information collected automatically
- Searches: the addresses, areas and filters you search, the number of results, and whether you opened full details. For visitors who are not signed in we store a one-way hash of the IP address that changes daily, used only for rate limiting.
- Where you came from: the marketing tags (UTM parameters), referring website and first page you visited, kept in a cookie for 30 days and saved with your waitlist entry or account.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar technical data that our hosting provider records to run and secure the site.
How We Use Information
- To provide the Service: sign you in, run searches, process orders and deliver data;
- To send account, order and billing emails, and to tell waitlist members when the Service opens;
- To respond to questions and support requests;
- To measure traffic and signups and understand which marketing works;
- To prevent fraud, abuse and scraping, enforce our Terms, and keep the Service secure; and
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We may send occasional product emails to customers and waitlist members. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and Analytics
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
- Attribution cookie (“pds_ft”, 30 days) remembers how you first arrived so we can count signups by source.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites.
If we add other analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site may not work properly without essential cookies. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.
How We Share Information
We do not sell the personal information of our visitors or customers. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Stripe, for payments;
- Supabase, for our database and account sign-in;
- Vercel, for hosting and page-view analytics;
- Cloudflare, for bot protection on forms; and
- Email and support tools we use to reply to you.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights or anyone’s safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Property Owner Information in Our Data
The property data we sell comes from county assessor, recorder and other public records, compiled and licensed to us by a national data supplier and refreshed about monthly. A record can include the property address and characteristics, the owner’s name and mailing address, sale, mortgage and tax history, and estimated value and equity. We do not collect it from owners directly, and it does not include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or similar sensitive identifiers.
We make this data available to business customers for lawful uses such as marketing and investment research, under Terms that ban use for credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and ban harassment and unlawful marketing.
Removal and opt-out requests
If you are a property owner and want your name removed from our data, email sales@acquired-data.com with your name and the property address. We will suppress your name and mailing address from the Lead Recycle searches and downloads we provide from then on, keep only what we need to keep the record suppressed, and may pass the request to our data supplier. We cannot remove information from the underlying public records or from copies that other companies or customers already hold. Requests from judges, law enforcement officers and other protected persons under laws such as New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law are handled the same way, with priority.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep account information while your account is open and for a reasonable time after it closes. We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting laws require. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Search logs and technical data are kept only as long as useful for security, rate limiting and analysis. Suppression records are kept so removed records stay removed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. Property data is read from our property database through a read-only connection on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee security. Once you download data, keeping it secure is your responsibility.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others with similar laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which for a property owner means asking us to suppress your record as described above; and
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email sales@acquired-data.com and tell us which right you want to use. We will verify your request by matching the details you give us against our records, and respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal.”
Children’s Privacy
The Service is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or on the site.
